I have been trying to decide when to repot these guys. Should i want until they out grow the green house or the pot they are in?

    Yes I’d wait. I’d let them grow till they fill the cup.

      Don’t rush it. Let it establish a good root system. I have plants that have been in these cups for almost a year. Easier to repot when the roots are strong, just pop it out the cup and put it in a pot slightly bigger, and fill the soil around it. Almost no shock to the plant.
