   if you want, you can water with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water (it should be at LEAST 50% water, maybe a little more) and that should help with fungus. even if it isn’t harmful it might start attracting gnats which can be annoying to live with!

     Thanks for the suggestion! IDK why, but the only time I deal with gnats is in late summer early fall!!! But I’ll take this as a preventative measure for this plant!!!

   That is the beginning of a mushroom bloom. It's probably a flowerpot parasol, which is totally harmless to plants and just happy in the same conditions. Also if you bought "mycorhizal" soil, that fungus mycellium is what you paid for. You can expect a cute little mushroom in a few days to a couple weeks. If you want you can keep it, or just pick the mushroom out. If you want to totally get rid of the mycellium, any fungicide would do. These mushrooms aren't dangerous, but they can cause stomach upset if eaten; make sure any pets or children don't try it.
