Misting isn’t normally good for any plant, because it doesn’t actually increase humidity in any significant way and it can cause fungus

What is the best way to increase humidity if not to mist?

As far as I know, the only other reliable way to raise humidity is to use an actual humidifier. You can find some pretty cheap ones on Amazon. Also, some anthuriums, like flamingo lilies, don’t necessarily need higher humidity. I have one that’s thriving without any.
