Help! What is going on with this orchid?? It was plugged in a tiny pot and root bound from the store. I repotted it and watered it a week later but this is how it’s looking.

Hi....I know very little about orchids. I was gifted this in early June...cut the bloom stalk off when the flowers died. This leaf (just this one of the 8 or 10 leaves it has) has these white spots and something on the tip. It was never been in direct light so I know it isn't sun burn. Fungal? Help pls.

I’m a little worried about my girl here 😞 I had to repot her recently and I thought she was thriving for a bit, but then her flowers started wilting maybe 3 days ago. I can’t place her outside unfortunately because I live in a college dorm, but if anyone could give me tips, that would be greatly appreciated!

Welp, guys, I did a thing. 😬 I’ve always said that I would never try to grow mounted orchids because I know that my lifestyle would prevent me from watering properly. But I’ve been eyeing this Chiloschista Usneoides for over a year, and I couldn’t resist any longer. Otherwise known as “the leafless orchid,” it just seemed too cool to pass up. This particular one has tiny little leaves, but clearly photosynthesizes more through the vast root system. I’ll put a picture of what the flowers are supposed to look like in the comments. They’re just so tiny and sweet, and I’ve read that they smell wonderfully.

Can A Vanda Orchid be saved if the stems are yellow?? Was growing them in my bathroom with a grow light. Water them when moss is dry. My first Vandas. Sorry, it got dark outside fast. Wii post better pic.

I bought a grocery store orchid, it’s starting to drop its flowers. Should I wait for all the flowers to drop before I repot it? Or is it telling me it’s in shock so I can go ahead and do it now?

I just thought of something, do orchids have fruit?? They have flowers so it wouldn't be strange to think they did, but I've never seen orchid fruit. If yours has given any, show a pic!

Hello! My new-ish Orchid developed these spots on a leaf, which has now gone limp and may fall off. Does anyone recognize the spot? Should I be concerned it will spread? Thanks for any help!

Some of you may remember this poor sad Cattleya that I got last year with (gasp) thrips. It was my first experience with this particular pest and I was freaked. The blooms were mutilated and deformed by those pesky buggers. But I got rid of them with the help of this group, and this year, was rewarded with a beautiful perfect flower. I was worried it wouldn’t bloom at all due to set back from the thrips and/or treatment and /or repotting. BUT LOOK AT HER! 😍
