Hi there! I noticed that my orchid leaves have begun looking like this. Does anyone know what this could be/the cause?

    They’re dusty; you should clean all your plants leaves like once every 2-3 weeks because it can inhibit photosynthesis and makes them look dusty.

      Oh phew! I was hoping that’s all it was!!

      That could be mold but that would only occur if it’s really really REALLY humid or you don’t wipe the leaves down after watering.

    2 things- if it’s dust, (I HOPE it’s dust) be sure to only wipe the top of the leaves, as if you clog the stoma on the underside of leaves, it inhibits the ‘breathing’ mechanisms of the plant. 2- Is the white stuff slightly fluffy like cotton? Do you see any around the stem and leaf joints? Check the backside of the leaves too.
