   Phals lose lower leaves naturally. This yellow leaf is definitely on its way out. Just leave it on until it naturally falls off. There's always somewhat of a shock in moving one. I can't tell from your pic, but I'm hoping it's in a clear plastic pot within the white cash pot. If so, if the roots are silver, it's definitely time to water if the roots are green still no watering.
