Hello! New to plants entirely, zero clue what Iām doing. I recently repotted it a few months ago and I think itās doing well? But looking at everyone elseās posts, she looksā¦ different. Iām not finding anyone who has orchids with leaves are so long or tall. Iām not sure the breed or orchid, so thereās that. Just purchased from the grocery when she was blooming 7-9 months ago. Does she look ok? Or should I be worried? Thanks in advance!
My orchid has leaves that are that long and I have never seen an orchid have that many leaves and look that tall. Donāt worry it is perfectly healthy, the problem with orchids is that it takes them forever to give signs about something wrong is happening.

Orchid growth can vary widely depending on species. It looks healthy. Most grocery store orchids will be Phalaenopsis sp

looks super healthy! if those flower spikes arenāt actively sending out new buds I would cut them off at the base. with the right growing conditions this will promote more blooms on the next spike

Donāt worry. Youāre doing great. Your orchid is more than likely a phalaenopsis orchid AKA moth orchid, and it looks very healthy. Itās in a vegetative state/resting stage where itās focusing on growing new leaves and roots.

Here is some advice I just posted for someone else, it would take too long to rewrite it, and I could not copy it. It looks like everything your doing is okay, and your orchid look healthy. Do not freat.
