Usually after the flowers drop I cut the stems. But this one got a bud just as the last flower was wilting so I left it. It has since had 2 more blooms, 2 buds, and a new branch! ! 😁

    I just cut my stems for the first time and I hope I did it right! How long does it normally take for the cut stems to start growing again?

      Usually the stems wont re-grow. They will die and then next season new buds and stems will be formed

      Oh I see, I was confusing the stems with the stalk
