Two blooms are fading at the top, one bloom faded in the bare spot near the bottom, at the same time new blooms are still coming in. Is this normal for orchid bloom cycles?

MelodyIt’s totally normal. Although if you want to e rest of your flowers to stay on for longer I recommend giving it a bit more light and a little less water.
