   It does look to be an oncidium, but identifying unlabeled cultivars can be difficult due to the sheer number of hybrids and lack of good databases on them. I'll give it a go. Things that would help: a straight-on image of one flower, a description of its fragrance, where you bought it or what company it was from, and any details you remember; even a mis-remembered name or an "i think it started with an m" would get me closer to an ID

     it doesn’t smell like anything to me - if anything just a slight floral musk, and i bought it from a Tom Thumb grocery store. it was labeled as a phalaenopsis, which doesn’t seem correct at all

   It looks pretty close to oncidium ivonne, but the lip isn't a match. The petals are wider than average for oncidiums, which suggests it may be more towards an oncostele. It's probably a very common type since it was stocked at a grocery store, but getting a solid ID is really hard with grocery store types. Care will be like any oncidium. If you want to show it, you can tag it as "No ID". If you want to get a certain id, you could take your pictures to orchid society meetings to see if anyone recognizes it or get it genetically tested. In any case it's a beautiful orchid :D
