Just bought this orchid earlier today. Should I repot it because it’s outgrowing its pot? It looks to be expanding the pot a little bit due to the amount of roots. I don’t really know how I would repot it though, because it’s two different orchids in one.
I unpot them to check for a foam plugs, and remove it.

0 Mi piace It's a foam piece that is often just under the crown that they are planted into. It'll really just depend on what it looks like after you upot, if you separate them to their own pots, or the refit back in
0 Mi piaceI would wait for the blooms to drop before trying to repot, particularly because there are 2 different plants here and you might damage roots while untangling them and/or shock the plants into prematurely losing their flowers. It’s not going to hurt them to stay in that pot for a few weeks and let them adjust to their new environment in your home.

Agreed. Repotting while in bloom can cause the flowers to drop.
