It didn’t feel like much! I keep the humidity fairly high, around 55-60% mostly. I water it when the roots are silver by completely immersing the root ball for a minute or two then letting it drain thoroughly. It gets lots of indirect light from the window across the room, and a cheap little grow light for ~8 hours a day. She’s a real beaut, that’s for sure. I love the colors of the blossoms - they remind me of peaches.

That is for sure…in fact, she herself is a real peach! 🍑 I’m trying to do the same for my orchid, but she’s pretty needy, even though I do all the right things as far as I know. I’m planning on doing a repot and am hoping that she will do nicely with that. Any considerations on types of orchid potting soil? I’m a real newbie when it comes to orchids, so to see yours in such riotous bloom is really mind blowing! 😊💚🪴 PS I thought I’d throw in a photo of her when she bloomed. Her color is beautiful, but she’s simply out with the dogs when it comes to number of blooms…😐
