    Pleating or waving of leaves on some orchid types, like oncidiums, can be caused by under watering. They will never regain a straight aspect, but doesn’t affect the health of your plant. I don’t have a ton of miltoniopsis experience, but the leaves of both have some similarities, so that might be something you can easily address- just up your watering schedule a bit when they are showing signs of a growth spurt.
