Planta told me my orchids were under watered which I find hard to believe because I soak them for a couple of hours once a week and I thought orchids didn’t like water that much. Any advice for the poor ladies? Not sure if you can see it in the picture but some leaves look like they’re rotting and the. Some are really soft, droopy and wrinkly

Your leaves ARE dehydrated. Plus, they look to be sunburned. Do you have them in direct sun? There is no exact amount to water every orchid. Your environment plays a huge roll. Plus the types of hybrids you have may just prefer to have more water. Ideally, I would tell you to water, and when the roots go from green to silvery, it’s time to water again. Whether that is once a week, or every two-three days. It doesn’t seem that you have yours potted in clear plastic pots inside those decorative pots however. So it’s harder to see the roots.

Perhaps a repot to see if your roots are in good health is in order? If you do, adding some sphagnum moss to your bark will help retain more water if you want to stick to the once a week soak

I did have them out in direct sunlight for two days but brought them back to no direct sun, just lots of light

You can’t really know unless you check the roots. A plant may be dehydrated because it was over watered and the roots rotted. Now it CAN’T take on more water. That’s why I would highly recommend a clear plastic pot with lots of ventilation. At least until you know your plants’ needs well and how they act in your environment. DEFINITELY keep them out of direct sun though.
