Soooooo… DEAD OR ALIVE? I got this beauty a few months ago and she isn’t doing too good. I forget what type of orchid she is but she has fine roots. She had reddish and yellow flowers. I love her. Please help me save her. I didn’t water her enough and I don’t think her current pot is ventilated enough. I will do anything to help her! 😭😭😭 if she is able to be saved please tell me how!!! Also if you can tell what kind she is please do tell me. Edit: I remember I wanted to get a oncidium sharry baby but the ones they had were too expensive. So it is either of the ones in the screen shots I put in the comments.

    Unfortunately I don’t think there is much to be done. The pseudobulbs are so desiccated, the plant has no resources to produce new growth.

    I’d cut off anything dried & grey, give it a peroxide bath, onion water treatment for about 30 mins, let dry and then replant. I’ve bought back orchid from deaths door. If it works yay! If it doesn’t then life lesson learned. I would use a clear pot with more holes and keep the green one as a decor pot. Good luck & repost if you have success!
