My orchid is doing the same thing. I would not repot her soon. Mine seems to like to be root bound. I’ve had mine for over two years now and it’s been very happy in the pot I bought it in.

It is very normal for phalaenopsis orchids to wildly grow roots, including those outside the pot. They are called aerial roots, and it is very normal for epiphytic orchids. I wouldn’t repot her now as she is still blooming. The shock can make her drop her flowers. However, most new orchids should be repotted in the first couple of months. You will find them in a very compacted media as they are probably still in their first nursery pots. When you are ready, the advice in this group is very solid. There is a consensus in the group on the reliability YouTube orchid expert Miss orchid girl. She has thousands of videos, many geared toward beginners, and is a phenomenal resource if you want to do some research.
