Hello there, this is my first ever post. I would love some advice for my mini orchid. I don’t know if it’s worth saving. I can’t even remember how long I have it but it’s been a few years and it’s not growing anymore so I thought I could try to repot it. The leaves have turned reddish brown and some of the roots are greyish. I water it using the planta app schedule. Yesterday I soaked it. I ordered a 5.5 in pot but it may be too big. Any advice would be appreciated!
You can save it , chop off any roots that aren’t green after you soak it and pot it up in a good mix of Orchid bark and perlite or just orchid bark. I would keep it in a smaller pot till the roots get bigger

definitely salvageable. soak all of the roots, including those stragglers up top, for about ten minutes, cut off anything that isn't plump and firm. that redness is sun stress, wherever it is, it's too bright. take it out of that sphagnum moss and put it in orchid bark, then move further away from that window. it's definitely time for a size up in pots, you should be okay with a 5in
