Hi everyone 🪴 I’m very new to plants and was gifted a moth orchid a few months ago. I’m noticing the yellow/orange discolouration - I think on the stem? And the flowers falling off. Does this mean it’s finished blooming or is it sick?

Just means it’s finished blooming. I would cut the stems off at the base so that the plant can direct its energy back into new growth

0件のいいねYes, follow the flower spike down to the base, where it comes out of the central axis of the plant’s stem. Don’t worry about getting super close to the plant- just get down close enough to not accidentally snag it on your sleeve while watering or whatever.
