Hi everyone 🪴 I’m very new to plants and was gifted a moth orchid a few months ago. I’m noticing the yellow/orange discolouration - I think on the stem? And the flowers falling off. Does this mean it’s finished blooming or is it sick?
Just means it’s finished blooming. I would cut the stems off at the base so that the plant can direct its energy back into new growth

0 Me gustaYes, follow the flower spike down to the base, where it comes out of the central axis of the plant’s stem. Don’t worry about getting super close to the plant- just get down close enough to not accidentally snag it on your sleeve while watering or whatever.
