Is my orchid ok? The flowers have died and the stem has been turning brown. Also, there is new green stem that has been growing, what does it suggest?

Cut the brown stem at the base. You have a new green stem growing and will get another flush of flowers.

That’s a new bloom sprout. It’s doing very well, old flowers are just going so the new ones can come in. Classic death/rebirth situation

They only stay in bloom for about half the year so it’s fine that the flower spike is dying off. As long as you have healthy leaves, you’re good
