My Oncidium Twinkle is starting to develop brown tips on some of the leaves. The brown tips are not crispy and dry like on a plant that isn’t getting enough humidity. It looks more like water damage and the brown tip feels mushy. I found this on three leaves. Some of the other leaves have some dark coloration (purple-ish?). What’s going on? Out of concern, I cut the affected tips off and dipped the ends in cinnamon. I also wiped all the leaves with a little alcohol on a cotton pad. No signs of insect pests that I can see. Roots seems healthy (I can see them in the clear pot; sorry no pics). Does anyone know what is causing the leaf damage? Thanks for your help
