Have been experimenting with mounted orchids and it’s going well so far. Down side is I have to water them every day. Added a bit more moss today to help with some areas drying too quickly. Do you have experience with mounted orchids? Tips?

I just started too a couple of days ago. Brasavola guarding the house. His bark is scary. 🤪

Love it! What type of orchids did you mount? I don’t have any mounted orchids (I don’t have enough time to manage them) but if I did, I would select types that can handle drying out or need to be (or do better) mounted. That might relax watering to every other day.
0개 좋아요 From what I have researched watering mounted orchids daily is very common especially when growing them out of their natural climate. Doesn’t hurt them too much when I need to skip a day here and there.
