That’s normal for them to fall off as long as they lasted at least a few weeks, if they fell of quite quickly after blooming it’s probably getting too much sun or needs to be in a slightly cooler spot. Otherwise, orchids can be quite difficult to get to bloom and they only do during the winter/early spring months so I wouldn’t be worried :)

Think about most flowers in nature. A tulip grows leaves, then blooms, then the flowers wilt when their time is finished. Nothing is wrong with your orchid, they just don’t bloom eternally. You have 2 choices now if your flower spike hasn’t dried and browned. Some phalaenopsis will give you a second, smaller blooming on that same flower spike. You can cut it in a way to encourage that. Or (what I prefer for the long term health of the orchid) is to cut the spike all the way to the base and allow the plant to focus all its energy on vegetative growth. Then, with luck and good care, it’ll give you an even better blooming next year. If you decide on the second option, now would be a good time to repot. If yours is somewhat new to you, it is probably still in the nursery pot and medium- to give the roots their best chance at survival, consider repotting.
