    Don’t worry, It’s natural for the flowers to fall off.

      They do that to conserve energy for the next thing which is growing new roots and leaves

      I recommend doing research on your plant so you know how to take care of it properly. You have a phalaenopsis orchid

    Congratulations on keeping it alive so far! Now is a good time to repot (which is a good idea with any new orchids once they're done blooming since nurseries often use peat plugs that can stay too moist for a mature orchid.) You can check its root health, trim away any dead roots, and give it some fresh bark. Also you can trim the flower spikes to encourage it to rebloom. Cut between a used node and an unused node (nodes are the little bumps on the flower spike. Used ones have a little pointy flap that's open. Unused ones have that still closed.) If a flower spike dries out and turns brown, the plant won't reuse it, so you can cut those off near the leaves. Keep green flower spikes as long as they stay green

      Also since you're new to orchids: never water with ice cubes (orchids are tropicals and extreme temperatures can hurt them.) Water with room temperature water. When watering, get water directly on the roots and do not get the crown (where the leaves all meet) wet. Dry the crown if you splash there. Orchids get orchid bark, not soil. They need the chunkier mix because in the wild they'd cling to trees and get lots of air around their roots
