    My suggestions: cut back those spent flower spikes, repot into a chunky orchid mix, do some root control when you repot and cut off any roots that are papery, soft or mushy. Also take a look at the leaves 
 there is one at the very bottom that is looking very yellow-grey, I would remove that one. Use your judgement for the other leaves, it’s hard to tell from the picture what shape they are in. Ideally you would want to leave at least 2-3 leaves to support photosynthesis.

    I recommend this soil mix if you’re looking for something specific. Also slotted nursery pots for aeration. Make sure to remove any unhealthy roots The YouTuber MissOrchidGirl has great videos about rehabbing orchids
