   They like bright light but no direct sun. If the edges of the leaves start to yellow, it might be a sunburn! Blooms look like they’ve about finished. When they’re all dead, take a pair of clean shears and cut the flower stalk off about 1” from the base. For potting media, they like orchid bark; moss can hold too much moisture and cause rot. I like clear plastic pots so I can see the roots and know when to water (when the roots look dry). When I was first starting out, I gave mine one shot glass of water once a week, but watching and watering is a lot better. Orchids were my first plant! Still have it 7 years later. Good luck!
