   Looks like a thirsty dendrobium to me. Canes should be smoothish. It will be tough to get the wrinkles to go away completely but a good soak of the media will go a long way to helping. Basic care: Media should be chunky bark, pumice, lava, etc to allow roots to dry quickly. Let the media dry out between waterings. They want as much bright indirect light as you can provide but no direct sunlight.

   Some species have natural ridges on the pseudobulbs/canes, but the leaves should be smooth and never wrinkled. Give yours a long (20 minutes to an hour) bottom-watering soak to help it recover from past dehydration. Make sure it drains thouroughly after. Some dendrobiums expect a dry season for winter and may lose leaves during that time, but the canes should still look hydrated and healthy
