   Pot it in an orchid bark mix, there aren’t many roots left but you’d be surprised by what these things can survive. Put it in a window that doesn’t get direct sun but that is bright, and do not water with ice cubes no matter what people might say

   That guy needs to grow roots before it loses its last two leaves or it won’t survive. All of those roots are dead. Youll have to put it in plant ER. I’ve seen some people do this before with rootless orchids before, but I’ve never tried it myself. Moisten paper towels and put them in a ziploc bag, then add your orchid and seal it. Replace the paper towels every day or so. Make sure to keep it in bright but indirect light, like normal. Best of luck.
