Help! What is this? I found two of these places at the bottom of my baby that almost look like something is eating it. Then I’m seeing black spots on the leaves that look like burn marks.

The bottom tear is mechanical damage, not sure from what. The lesions on the leaf can happen for several reasons, the most common being inconsistent watering (going back and forth between watering often and watering rarely) and a certain type of root rot. Check the roots, treat if needed, and be consistent with how often you water it. When it's happy, the lesions will stay but will not worsen any further. They'll eventually go away with that leaf when it drops from age

The spots on yours are really no big deal and probably just a sign of stress after the leaf tear, but monitoring them for any spread is a good idea

For the most part, I would agree with Wasp above- but caution to keep an eye on the black spots. If they grow or spread, you may have a bacterial infection. This can be caused by pests, as you mentioned, but these don’t look like that to me- more like spots that develop when you leave drops of water on the leaves.

There’s a plant that does drip on it occasionally above it. Could that be caring it?

Yes. Depending on your environment, water droplets from other plants sitting on the leaves can harbor bacteria that if sitting stagnant can start little issues. Check on the spots in a couple days and see if there’s any change. If you want, you can put a bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and just spot treat those areas. If there’s an active infection, it might stop it.
