Im new to orchids this is my first one and I’m Not sure how to take care of it yet. There’s some withering flowers and I don’t know if I should cut them or let them fall off on their own.

You don’t have to cut them, they will fall on their own, but if you really don’t like the aesthetics of that, you should be able to just sort of pinch them off.
