Repotted this lady in my new orchid pot. I used chunky bark, but I’m still getting a lot of dirt spillage. Any tips?

Those ceramic pots aren’t designed for the plant to be potted directly into it. Typically you would use a slotted plastic pot like this pic, then put that inside the ceramic pot. This allows for airflow, but because the slots are thin, soil wont be coming out.

Now that makes sense. But I couldn’t find any information on it. Thank you!!

Your pot is definitely designed for orchids. Using the clear plastic interior pots are just handy for checking root growth etc. if you’ve just repotted it, it’s normal for everything to be settling and the smaller bits to work their way out in the first months. My only suggestion if you planned on keeping it in this pot, would be to take it to the sink and run water through it the next time you are watering. let it dry out completely, and then water the same way again. That way you can wash away some of the tiny debris.
