My plants are brown, one is growing a new shoot and I give them fertilizer, is there any tips to help them bloom?

    Your orchids look healthy, only the flower spikes are brown. You can cut them down all the way to the base of the plant. This is totally normal. With good care and culture they will just grow another flower spike. The growth at the tip of the green spike looks like a keiki. That’s a baby plant. In time it should grow enough roots that it will be able to sustain itself if you remove it and plant it.

    The leaves are dark green, which means it wants more light. The ideal leaf color is a bright apple green, similar to the new leaf on that keiki. Other than that, they look good. Most phalenopsis orchids bloom once a year, but if it's taking longer than that, they do need at least 4 leaves, healthy roots, and a day to night temperature variation to bloom. Also it looks like you have two separate orchids in some of those pots, with some of them more mature than others. Sometimes it's just a waiting game
