Can we just talk about this plant for a minute? I purchased it under the assumption that it was an orchid cactus. I’ve had him about a year. I was also under the assumption that they “trailed.” All the pics of orchid cactus I’ve ever seen trailed. Then there’s this guy. He either is not an orchid cactus OR he is living his best chaotic life. Thoughts?! Advice? Should I cut him? He’s kind of getting on my nerves.
He looks a bit etiolated, like he's not getting quite enough light. I have mine in SE-facing windows and it isn't too much for them; they get some morning sun but are not in direct sun all day. I will say, though, that these can just be a little chaotic when grown inside
0개 좋아요 He was in a west facing window. Same thing. Then my son changed bedrooms so he was moved to a south facing filtered bathroom window. He didn’t like the screen in west facing back porch. I doubt he’ll like the front east facing porch either. So I don’t even know what to do.
