After losing the flowers, this orchid has been losing leaves and has a terrible condition now. I don’t know why, but can it be revived?!

    Oooof. Maybe, but it probably would have been good to ask sooner! First, turn it out of the pot and look at the roots. Does it have any healthy roots? Firm, silver or green in color? If so, maybe you can save it. If not, it’s a goner. If there are good roots, trim off any mushy or shriveled brown ones, and Google “Miss Orchid Girl Save Phalaenopsis.”

    I agree, you can put the roots in water for 10 minutes and see if they are green, and cut off any brown or mushy roots

    That one's probably a goner (but it has a small chance, if it has healthy roots and can make a new leaf.) If none of the roots are healthy, it's time to let it go and try again
