I’m not sure where or if I should cut my healthy green blossom stems after they’ve finished blooming? Any cutting tips out there?

My recommendation is to wait until it FULLY dies and dries out before cutting. Your spike may produce another round of flowers.

I find that any second blooms are much fewer in number and sometimes smaller. I’d rather the plant put all its energy into next year’s blooms.
