Is this plant is revivable? I’ve checked for root rot and cut out all dry roots and thus repotted it recently in order to try and save it

    Absolutely looks like it!! My orchids are always dropping leaves from the lowest 1st ! Get drainage in that terracotta!

      There is a plastic pot inside with drainage :)

      Right, I see it, but that terracotta holding water will make orchid friend unhappy! As long as you water outside of it, you’re in great shape. Really she looks healthy!

      The terracotta outer pot is fine, just delay watering another few days because it holds moisture.

    The two problematic leaves look like they may have sustained a little sunburn? Does that window get some direct midday sun? It’s also a touch dehydrated. Now that you’ve repotted, it’ll probably bounce back a bit- but the leaves will never ‘heal’. Just keep an eye on her and not keeping the roots overly wet, and you’ll probably see some nice new leaves soon.
