It’s hard to tell what is wrong with an orchid just from a photo. What kind of medium is this orchid in- is it kept outside? Is it in very bright hot sun? Did the health decline rapidly? How did the infection start and progress? My guess: it looks like it has experienced a lot of grazing by some type of pest. Lots of little wounds on the leaves, with varying states of advancement of a resulting infection.

I keep it outside, no direct sun, but gets hot. I have it laying over mulch. Started getting the white spots and progressed quickly.
