I bought a grocery store orchid, it’s starting to drop its flowers. Should I wait for all the flowers to drop before I repot it? Or is it telling me it’s in shock so I can go ahead and do it now?

MeasomerPiUnless it’s dire, I like to wait until after it’s done blooming. The roots and leaves seem to be fine. Repotting now could cause the rest of the flowers to drop prematurely. How long have you had the plant? Phals will typically hold onto the flowers for 3 months. So it might just be done with this cycle. Or it might be adjusting to another environment. If it were mine, I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts shedding leaves or has root dieback.
