    She looks pretty healthy! Once she has stopped putting out flowers you can cut the flower spike off. As long as her roots look good and healthy you shouldn’t need to repot yet.

    If you got it from a store (have never repotted it in the time you've owned it), it would be a good idea to repot just to check for any root health issues or weird packing materials. You can put it back into the same pot if it doesn't need a size upgrade yet. And if the flower stem stays green, you can cut it just above the second node to encourage the orchid to keep it and maybe reuse it the next time it blooms. If it dries and turns tan you can cut the whole spike back

    It looks like you may have another bloom on the way. It is near the top.
