My orchid plant looks like the leaves have mold underneath. Any suggestions what that might be?

    How long has the spotting been there? Have you noticed it spreading? Is there any discoloration, weeping or a smell? If it were my plant, I would wipe down the area with a swab soaked in rubbing alcohol and see if I could remove the spots. Also, it looks like you have the plant identified as a Phalanopsis, but it is actually a Dendrobium nobile. Their roots need to dry out quicker and want more light than phals. They also need a dormant period in the winter to stimulate blooming.

    Okay I will try that. Thank you. I just noticed the spots. It looks like all the leaves have those spots. I was thinking over watering? I’ll let it dry out a little bit. Thank you.

      I used alcohol and wiped the leaves. That worked. I’m snoozing the watering schedule also. Thanks for the tip!

    If that doesn’t work you could try an anti fungal spray.
