It’s normal for flowers to bloom then fall after a time. No plant blooms forever. Cut the flower spike down to the base and care for your plant the same as you do with your still blooming orchid. In time, it will grow another new spike and the cycle will continue. Different hybrids will have a different number, size, and different longevity to their blooms. Totally natural for them to be on different ‘schedules’ By leaves browning, do you mean the slight yellowing of the one lower leaf? It can be perfectly normal for an old leaf to yellow and wither off. If it was a higher leaf I’d be more concerned.

They stay in bloom for about 5 months. If you bought them when they were already in bloom, they could have already been in bloom for a while Plus, the stress of adjusting to a new environment can make the blooms drop early
