I think it might be time to call it on this phalaenopsis. It bloomed for a year straight, and I think I should have stopped it earlier, but now it’s been dying for a year straight, I’ve taken loving care of it and it puts out new leaves but I just can’t seem to truly make it happy.
Your plant looks healthy to me. If it bloomed for a year, it’s probably just taking a break on focusing on foiling? I wouldn’t give up yet.
3개 좋아요It's reasonably healthy, just slightly dehydrated. You can water slightly more often or repot it with those aerial roots in the medium. Otherwise, just wait and let it rest. If it really did bloom for a year straight, it's probably just tired and needs some time; hybrid phals can make so much flower mass for their leaves that they can actually die of exhaustion if you let them keep making more flowers. Fertilizer (just the regular dose for when it isn't blooming) can help it recover if it's exhausted.
