Adopted this sweet baby from CVS for $6! very new to gardening and having house plants. I believe she needs to be repotted, but any other advice is welcome

    Hi. Do not repot. Do not repot. Just stay on your watering schedule. Bottom water and never get water in between the leaves.

    Try to avoid repotting while it's blooming. (After the flowers are done, go for it. It should be able to do the same size pot, but you can assess root health and get it some fresh bark.) The roots look pretty healthy, but show a history of underwatering (see how they're shriveled and some sections are dried to death.) If care instructions told you to use ice cubes, that is a wildly incorrect tip that's been going around that would hurt the plant. The leaves should lighten up to an apple-green when the plant is getting enough light
