OMG!!! My fist ever orchid is giving a new stem!!! Finally after 2 years of being bloomless she’s gonna have flowers soon!!! All thanks to this groups wonderful advice! Thank you!!! Any ideas how to gently redirect the stem out from under the leaf?

They will grow towards the light so strategic placement on a windowsill will do most of the work for you. Staking while it’s young also helps

  Oooooh ok cool I’ll give it a bit of a twist in the cover pot so it’s pointed towards my grow light. Thanks!!!
