    It just seems dehydrated. Can’t tell from the angles of these photos, but I’d check the roots in the pot. If they seem fine- not all slimy brown and mushy, but firm and green when watered, then you’ll just have to increase watering. Let your plant lead you. When the roots are silvery white- it’s time to water. When they are still green- wait.

    I would mist the roots first, then soak it in water for 30min. Try to get the new roots in water if they aren't too stiff. (Hence mist first to soften them) then I would repot in new bark/sphagnum and make sure the roots are in the substrate. Then water weekly, 30 min soak once a month, fertilize as needed.

    Also to add the stem is turning yellow and a lot of the leaves are dying
