    It looks in good shape to me actually! I think it’s very normal to lose old lower leaves over time. Looks like this has never been repotted though (?). Maybe after these blooms are done you might want to repot, and trim off any dead roots. Miss Orchid Girl on YouTube has awesome tutorials 👍

    I can’t tell if the other leaves are drooping but if so, it needs more water. I soak mine in a bowl of water for about 20-30min every week or so.
