    You probably have enough now but if it were me, I would wait for a little more root growth in the two smaller ones. I like to have at least two roots at 2 to 3 inches. The smallest pot you can get it in without breaking roots. My guess based on your photo would be a 4 inch pot.

      I know what you mean. But orchids, really all plants, have a way of teaching patience and an appreciation of delayed gratification.
