They started going yellow at the base of the leaf. Have take a photo of whole plant for you and will take a photo of leaf base which doesn’t look so good…

The roots still look pretty good- but I’m afraid your plant has suffered from stem rot- if it continues to brown and dry out, there won’t be any chance of it surviving. If you want to give it its best chance, however, it’s possible that it COULD grow a keiki and slowly recover. It would be quite a while until you see a healthy plant and for it to rebloom. Unfortunately, to give it its best chance, you should cut the flower spike down to the base so that all the orchid’s energy to recovery. However- it’s not certain it would come back, and you may just want to enjoy what beauty is left.

Hi, I have recovered two phalenopsis from no leaves, no keiki and only two roots. It’ll be a lot of patience and care. Change the medium to a recivery mode. I recommend watching Miss Orchid on YouTube and follow her recovery. That’s what I did. Two years later, I had a bloom that lasted almost three months. I hope it helps.
