Ooooooooo fun! I love their form. So interesting even when not in bloom. Mine wants lots of light. Not terribly thirsty (mine is in bark and pumice, I water when the media is dry roughly once a week). And it responded really well to repotting (which I highly recommend after it’s done blooming if it’s in packed sphagnum like mine was). I haven’t managed to get mine to rebloom yet. They need a cool down / dormancy period to initiate flowering that could be difficult to manage in typical home conditions. The one I have also produces keikis pretty easily. Hooray for free plants! These tend to be deciduous so don’t panic if mature canes drop leaves. They can also get top heavy so that cache pot is a fantastic idea to avoid an unfortunate tumble. Read up on these as they need different conditions to your typical dendrobiums. Good luck!
