I need help! I am a new orchid parent. I have lots to flowers on my orchid but two of the last four buds fell off. The plant looks healthy, roots are nice and green. I’m not sure if I did something wrong.

it could be because of the change in seasons :)

most likely fine, that’s nothing uncommon!
2 J'aimeThey don’t stay in bloom forever. The blooms will drop in order of which opened first.

I agree it’s not uncommon. Bud blast can happen for a variety of reasons. Without photos, it is difficult to say with precision but if the plant is a new addition, the change in environment could be the cause (exposure to cold when taking it home, or its adjusting to its new home) or possibly mechanical damage during transportation. Orchid blooms are long lasting but they will drop eventually. Phalanopsis typically bloom for one to three months. Oncidiums and Cattleyas usually a month.

That sounds like mine. It stayed in bloom for around a month or so. Then dropped them. But it is a healthy plant 😊
